Where We Work

Cedar Hill is home base, and most of our days are spent close by in DeSoto, Duncanville, Ovilla and Glenn Heights. We also travel regularly to Lancaster, Red Oak and Midlothian for water testing, under-sink reverse osmosis and whole-house carbon filtration. If you are not sure we reach your street, ask when you call and we will tell you straight.

Farther out, we serve homes in Grand Prairie, Mansfield and Venus. The work is the same in every town. We lay down drop cloths, keep the work zone small, haul away old cartridges and packaging, and wipe down the area under your sink or by your water heater before we pack up. Many visits finish in a few hours, and you should not find a trace of us beyond the new system.

What Is Common Across the Area

  1. 01

    Housing age

Homes here range from older houses with original copper or galvanized lines to newer builds with PEX. Older plumbing can add metals or sediment that the city supply never had, which is why we suggest water testing before recommending any equipment.

  2. 02

    Heat and dry spells

Long, hot summers and periods of drought can change how water tastes and smells from one season to the next. Filters also load up faster when sediment rises, so we set a filter replacement and maintenance schedule that fits how your home actually uses water.

  3. 03

    City water and private wells

Most homes are on treated city water, and taste from disinfectant is the most common complaint we hear. If your home is on a private well, iron and sediment filtration and a full lab test usually come first.

  4. 04

    Permits and HOAs

Some cities ask for a plumbing permit when a whole-house system ties into the main line, and some HOAs have rules about outdoor equipment. We check what applies to your address before the install date and pull the permit when one is needed.

  5. 05

    Hardness varies

Hardness is not the same in every neighborhood, so we only suggest a water softener after a hardness test shows your home would benefit.
